We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your bags?
Yes, every Sistabag comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How can I track my shipment?
